My package is being returned to sender! What should I do?Updated 8 months ago
If you notice that your package delivery was unsuccessful and your order is being sent back to us, we ask you do a few things:
- Check your order details and ensure that everything looks correct before contacting us
- Reach out to us at [email protected] and let us know what’s going on so that we can keep an eye out for that package!
- Make us aware of any changes, or if your information is correct, and we’re happy to re-ship that for you.
