How will I know if my order has shipped?Updated 2 years ago

When we get to your order date for fulfillment, you will receive a fulfillment confirmation email. 

Your tracking link is provided at the bottom of your email! 

PLEASE NOTE: Receipt of your fulfillment confirmation email may or may not mean that your order will ship on this date. Please allow around 48hrs for us to complete the fulfillment phase of your order, prior to UPS and USPS pickup.

Our main fulfillment center and secondary fulfillment center have different fulfillment processes, so this can vary slightly! 

*Tracking numbers may take up to 2 business days to be scanned by our carriers.

If for any reason you did not receive a secondary tracking number for the remainder of your order -
